Return & Refund Policy – VALOR

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right—within reason.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage not due to our error.

To request a return, email shane@valorsportsclub.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If a return label is provided by us, the cost may be deducted from your refund

Inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We’ll evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved:

If a return does not meet our policy requirements, it may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

We monitor return activity.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse returns from customers with excessive return patterns
Deny refunds on items returned in unacceptable condition
Charge restocking fees (up to 15%) if items are not returned in original condition
