SHIPPING POLICY

At VALOR, every product is made just for you. That means a little extra time to create it, but better quality and less waste.

ORDER PROCESSING

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they ship. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

This is because different products may be produced and shipped from different facilities. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has shipped, it is handled by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

VALOR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

Please email shane@valorsportsclub.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement.

We currently ship to:

United States / Canada / Major regions (US, EU, UK, CA, AU)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
