Welcome to VALOR. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VALOR, operated by Blissology, Inc. VALOR operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). VALOR is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

VALOR is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with VALOR. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and VALOR.

14.3 Identification Requirements

Any authorized Agent must clearly identify itself in all interactions with the Services, including:

Agents may not misrepresent themselves as human users.

14.4 Prohibited Conduct

Agents may not:

  • Mimic human behavior to bypass detection

  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass security measures, including CAPTCHAs

  • Scrape, extract, copy, or harvest data or content without permission

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services

  • Use the Services for training AI models or datasets without prior written consent

14.5 Compliance

Agents must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms at all times. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent blocking of access.

14.6 Enforcement

We may use technical or legal measures to monitor, limit, or block Agent activity. Unauthorized use of Agents may result in legal action.

SECTION 15 - FORCE MAJEURE

VALOR is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, or carrier delays.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access at any time. You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations.

SECTION 17 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SECTION 18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VALOR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
